1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Dutch Trade (dutchtrade.co and our apps). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be an adult able to enter a binding contract, and you must not be in a location where using the service is prohibited. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give and for keeping your email account secure. We sign you in with one-time codes sent to your email; never share a code.

3. Identity verification

Before real trading, deposits or withdrawals, you must complete identity verification (KYC). We pass your details to our exchange partner for review. We may limit or close accounts that fail verification or breach these terms.

4. Trading and risk

Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose all of the money you put in. Leverage increases losses. Nothing on the service is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Demo trading uses simulated funds and does not predict real results.

5. Fees

Trading, withdrawal and network fees are shown before you confirm an action. Network fees go to the blockchain and are outside our control.

6. Prohibited use

You must not use the service for fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, to evade sanctions, to interfere with the service, or to access another person's account.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Markets, partners and networks can fail or be delayed, and we may suspend features for maintenance or security.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from market movements, partner or network failures, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and contact
