1. What we collect

Your email address and name, account and device information needed to run the service, your trading activity and settings, messages you send to support, and, if you verify your identity, the details you submit for KYC.

2. How we use it

To create and secure your account, provide trading, deposits and withdrawals, meet legal and compliance duties, prevent fraud, answer support requests and improve the service.

3. Identity verification data

When you complete KYC, your details and ID and face photos are sent to our exchange partner for review. We do not keep your ID images or ID number on our servers; we keep only your verification status.

4. Who we share data with

Our exchange partner (for verification, trading and funds), infrastructure providers that host and secure our systems, and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Security and retention

We use encryption in transit, access controls and one-time-code sign-in. We keep data only as long as needed to run your account and meet legal obligations.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data or object to some uses. Contact support@dutchtrade.co and we will respond.

7. Cookies and similar technology

We use only what is needed to keep you signed in and the service working, plus basic analytics if you enable them.
